Nachdem die F50 unstrittig mehr rauscht als die Vorgänger was vorallem ab ISO800 auch deutlich sichtbar wird wäre für mich vorallem die höhere Auflösung für Crops, das bessere Design in schwarz und der Stabi ein Grund nicht zur F47 zu greifen.

Probably the biggest disappointment with the f50 is the crummy image stabilization mode. I have seen a whole lot of thread arguing over whether the IS in the f50 is true 'optical image stabilization' and i am sorry to say that it doesn't matter what its technical classification is, the IS is almost completely worthless, getting you MAYBE half a stop at best.
Dennoch ist er aber sehr zufrieden, die neue hat eine bessere Serienfunktion und eine bessere Bildqualität als die F20 (=F30/31). Meint er, wobei bei ISO1600 das Banding störe... mit 6M verschwinde es aber.
Honestly, IMO the f50 i prefer the slightly noiser slightly more detailed of the f50 to those of the f20.
Now, the big IQ concern brought up was the vertical banding present in pics at iso 1600 and higher. Well i wish i could say banding wasn't there but it is. At iso 1600 at 12mp banding is presently, but only really visible in underexposed images, and pretty much disappears at the 6mp setting.
The feature i really like is the new high speed shooting mode. The like the f20, the f50 shoot three frames at full resolution @ something like 1.5 fps. The two new modes allow you to shoot 12 frames at around 5 fps at a reduced resolution of 3mp. While some might complain about the resolution drop I for one am happy fuji included this mode.
Well thats my mini review of f50, i am quite sure i am leaving some things out, but i just wanted to post my experience with the camera as I am extremely pleased with it. Like i said, IMHO the image quality of the f50 is a step above the f20 . And it would be a great upgrade in terms of features from the f20, though i'm not sure it would be as much of an upgrade for f30 owners. If you guys want i'll post pics tomorrow.

Für alle ohne DSL habe ich mal aus dem zweiten Bild auf dieser Seite einen 2Mio Ausschnitt gemacht und hier hochgeladen. Die Schärfe ist beachtlich und ersetzt quasi ein 200mm Tele!
Das sind doch deutlich mehr Reserven wie bei einer 6 Mio. Fuji und schon ein Argument für die neue.
Ich persönlich finde ja auch die farbliche Abstimmung der neuen Modelle (F40-F50) besser wie bei den alten Modellen, etwas frischer, grün ist nicht mehr so welk und rot etwas kräftiger. Im Druck schöner!

Mit rund 170€ ist aber die F40 das ideale Schnäppchen als BackupKamera http://www.idealo.de/preisvergleich/OffersOfProduct/627910_-finepix-f40fd-fujifilm.html, da könnte selbst ich noch mal schwach werden auch wenn ich ansich keine Kameras ohne Weitwinkel mehr haben wollte. Und SD-HDSC-Karten frißt sie angeblich auch mit FW-Update.
PS: hat schon jemand Bilder der F47 gesehen? Ist neuer und vielleicht besser abgestimmt, mit 9 Mio vielleicht ein guter Kompromiß und mit 207€ auch nicht zu teuer?!
Eine kleine Fuji mit S-CCD und 28-84mm gibt es schon, wurde hier schon mal gepostet, so ein Unterwasserteil!
