PLZ 3... Looking for help

My written German is not the best, so hopefully no-one will mind if I write in English. Spoken German is not a problem.

I am new to photography, but not to the world of Adobe (Photoshop, Lightroom etc.)

I am looking for help with understanding the fundementals of photography, the how to's and why's. Knowing when to use specific settings, where and why.

Knowing how to combine settings and adjust settings to get the same result but in a different situation, for example. long exposures

One hand helps the other - I work as a web-designer, so if anyone has interest in swapping knowledge, that would be great

If anyone (man or woman) is willing to help, please let me know - Hannover and surrounding area(s) is(are) no problem.

I currently have a Canon 750D with a variety of lenses
