This is a free update for all users of Bibble 4.x. Merely download and install the new version. Your existing unlock code will continue to function just fine.
Some Highlights:
New Cameras:
Canon 5D, 1D Mark II N
Pentax *ist DL
Konica/Minolta A200, 5D
Fill Light (Shadow Recovery)
Since the introduction of our highlight recovery feature, we?ve received many requests for a similar tool that would help restore shadow detail. Using a single slider, it is now possible to brighten the darkest portions of your images, while leaveing the overall balance of the image the same. Like th HR tool, the fill light tool only modifies a portion of the image?s histogram making it easy to quickly get the results you desire without worrying about blowing out the rest of the image.
Sharper Output
Today?s newer cameras are featuring strong anti-aliasing filters which result in images with fewer artifacts. With this in mind, we?ve provided a new option to disable Bibble?s built in artifact reduction. This is now the default and will result in sharper images with less color moiré when compared to previous versions of Bibble. Older images might exhibit slight more noise and/or an occasional artifact. Should this occur, enable the artifact reduction routines from the sharpen/noise palette.
GPS Info
Bibble now display and exports GPS position info embedded in source file.
Tethering Updated.
In addition to adding tethering support for the newest Nikon and Canon Cameras, 4.4 once again support tethered shooting on the Macintosh with canon cameras.
