  • Aus gegebenem Anlass zur information:
    Wir haben dem Anschein nach mehrere Accounts, die im Handelsbereich Waren weit unter dem Marktwert anbieten,
    nicht nur aktiv in eigenen Angeboten, sondern auch als Anworten auf Kaufgesuche.
    Es muss davon ausgegangen werden, dass es sich um Betrugsversuche handelt.
    Passt also bitte auf, auf welche Angebote ihr eingeht und recherchiert vorab sorgfältig die angesagten Preise.
    Ein weiteres Indiz ist, dass es sich um lange inaktive Accounts handelt,
    die plötzlich hochwertige Waren abieten, aber sonst jahrelang keine Aktivität im Forum hatten.
    Auch werden oftmals Produktbilder verwendet, die von irgendwo im Internet stammen,
    Anzeigentexte werden einfach von Kleinanzeigen kopiert, u.Ä.
    Ich schlage vor, dass Nutzer, die bereits betroffen sind, umgehend zur Polizei gehen.
    Wir werden den Ermittlungsbehörden mit allen uns zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln behilflich sein.

  • Nicht erreichbare Adressen im Benutzerkonto
    Wir bekommen zurzeit eine große Anzahl an E-Mails, die das System zum Beispiel als Benachrichtigungen an Nutzer verschickt,
    als unzustellbar zurück, weil z.B. die Adressen nicht erreichbar sind oder das Postfach gar nicht existiert.
    Stellt doch bitte sicher, dass die Benachrichtigungen, die ihr vom System erwartet, auch zugestellt werden können.
    Nicht erreichbare E-Mail-Adressen sind dazu wenig hilfreich.
